About CyViation

CyViation is redefining aviation cybersecurity with SkyRay, the industry’s first non-intrusive, digital-twin-based platform for cyber risk assessment and compliance. We partner with global airlines, OEMs, and regulators to ensure aircraft remain safe, secure, and operational — even as threats evolve.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a strategic Product Manager to drive the next phase of SkyRay’s growth — balancing customer needs, risk-management innovation, and regulatory requirements. This role blends classic product management, risk analytics, and compliance alignment, giving you a unique opportunity to influence aviation cybersecurity at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the SkyRay roadmap – translate market insights, regulatory changes, and customer feedback into clear priorities.
  • Shape risk assessment capabilities – design intuitive workflows and analytics that help operators identify, quantify, and mitigate aircraft cyber risks.
  • Lead compliance alignment – ensure SkyRay supports emerging regulations (EASA Part-IS, FAA, etc.) without compromising user experience.
  • Engage with stakeholders – collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and certification authorities to deliver a seamless product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent CyViation externally – work with regulators, industry bodies (IATA, NBAA), and customers to influence future cybersecurity standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven product management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment principles and ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly features.
  • Excellent analytical, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EASA Part-IS, FAA, or similar regulatory frameworks (or strong interest in learning).
  • Background in aviation, automotive, critical infrastructure, or other regulated industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to shape the future of aviation cybersecurity.
  • Direct impact on a category-defining product used by airlines worldwide.
  • Professional growth in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and equity options.
