CYVIATION Ltd. (“CYVIATION”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our websites, sign-up and waitlist forms, and marketing communications.
This policy does not cover information processed on behalf of our customers under a commercial agreement. Where we process information as part of a service provided to a customer, that agreement governs, and the customer is responsible for the information it provides to us.

CYVIATION Ltd. is the entity responsible for the information described in this policy. We operate from offices in New York and Tel Aviv.

What we collect
We collect a limited amount of information, in the following categories:
- Information you give us. Contact and business details you submit through our forms, sign-up pages, event registrations or direct correspondence, such as name, business email, company and role.
- Information collected automatically. Standard technical and usage information generated when you visit our sites, such as device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed and referral source.
- Information from third parties. Business contact information from partners, events and publicly available or commercially available business sources.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
We use the information to operate and improve our websites, to respond to enquiries, to manage sign-ups and trials, to send marketing and product communications where permitted, to run and measure events and campaigns, to maintain the security and integrity of our systems, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and compliance with legal obligations.

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, and for analytics and marketing measurement. Where required, non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time through the cookie settings on our site or through your browser.
Marketing
If you receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. We will continue to send necessary service or transactional messages.

Providing information to us is voluntary and you are under no legal obligation to do so. Information you provide is used for the purposes described in this policy. Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may request to review information held about you and to request correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete or out of date, by contacting us at the address below.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo having exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
