These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by CYVIATION Ltd. (“CYVIATION”, “we”, “us”), including cyviation.aero and our sign-up and waitlist pages, together with any content, materials, demonstrations and trial access made available through them (the “Site”).
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Any paid or licensed use of our products is governed by the separate written agreement between CYVIATION and the relevant customer, which prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Eligibility and business use
The Site is intended for business and professional users. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that, where you act for an organisation, you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
Permitted use
You may view and use the Site for your own internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or that infringes the rights of others;
- copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute material from the Site beyond ordinary internal use, except where we have made it available for sharing;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any account, or any connected system or network;
- probe, scan, load-test or otherwise test the security of the Site without our prior written consent;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest or collect content or contact details from the Site;
- interfere with the operation or availability of the Site, or introduce malicious code;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any software made available through the Site.
Registration, waitlist and trial access
Some parts of the Site require you to submit details or create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your credentials.
Where we provide waitlist, evaluation or trial access, we do so at our discretion, for evaluation purposes only, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice or liability. Trial access does not create any right to continued use.
Content and materials
Reports, briefings, research summaries and other material published on the Site are provided for general information. They do not constitute advice, and they are not a substitute for your own operational, engineering, security, safety, legal or regulatory judgement. You are responsible for any decision you take, or refrain from taking, in reliance on them.
Material on the Site may reference third-party sources, standards and regulations. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of any such source, and referencing a standard or authority does not imply its endorsement of CYVIATION or its products.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, layout, software, product names and logos, are owned by CYVIATION or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited use permitted above, no rights are granted to you.
CYVIATION and SkyRay, together with our logos, are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site or our products, we may use it freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
Third-party sites
The Site may link to services we do not operate. We provide those links for convenience only, we do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.
Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Disclaimer
The Site and all material on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYVIATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CYVIATION harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Site, and we will indicate the date it was last updated. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo having exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
