CYVIATION Demo Access and Confidentiality Terms
This environment contains sensitive cybersecurity research and proprietary CYVIATION materials. Please read and accept these terms before proceeding.
1. Purpose and nature of the demo
Access is provided solely for your organization’s internal commercial evaluation of the SkyRay platform.
Customer-specific identities, aircraft records, configurations and scenarios shown in this demo are simulated examples for demonstration purposes and do not represent actual customer data. Generic cybersecurity information, vulnerability findings, threat intelligence and research content may be based on genuine research. Their appearance in a simulated scenario does not establish that a particular aircraft, operator or organization is affected.
Demo information is not intended for operational, flight-safety, airworthiness or regulatory decisions. Its accuracy, completeness and currency are not guaranteed.
2. Confidentiality and ownership
Nonpublic information available through the demo, including vulnerability details, research, designs, blueprints, architecture, workflows, attack frameworks, methods, interfaces and generated reports, is confidential (“Confidential Information”), whether or not individually marked.
The platform and its proprietary materials are owned by CYVIATION LTD, CYVIATION Technologies Inc. and/or their respective licensors, as applicable. Access grants only a limited, revocable right to evaluate the platform. No ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred.
3. Permitted use and restrictions
You agree to:
- Use the demo and its information only to evaluate the platform for your organization’s potential use.
- Keep your account personal and confidential. Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- Not copy, photograph, screenshot, screen-record, scrape, bulk-download or otherwise reproduce platform content, except for reports expressly made available for export within the demo.
- Use any permitted reports only for internal evaluation. Share them only with people within your organization who need them for that purpose and are bound by confidentiality and use restrictions at least as protective as these terms.
- Not disclose, publish, distribute, sell or otherwise transfer Confidential Information or reports outside your organization without CYVIATION’s prior written approval. This includes uploading them to public or third-party AI tools, repositories or sharing services.
- Not reverse-engineer the platform or use its Confidential Information to develop or improve a competing product.
- Not use research findings to exploit vulnerabilities or test aircraft, systems or networks without separate authorization from the relevant owner.
You must promptly notify CYVIATION of any suspected unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
4. Exceptions and continuing protection
Confidentiality restrictions do not apply to information you can demonstrate was lawfully known to you without restriction, independently developed without using Confidential Information, lawfully received from another source without restriction, or publicly available without breach.
Legally required disclosures are permitted to the minimum required extent, with advance notice to CYVIATION where lawful. Nothing restricts legally protected reporting to authorities.
Confidentiality and purpose restrictions continue for five years after access ends, and for trade secrets for as long as they remain protected under applicable law.
5. End of access
CYVIATION may suspend or revoke demo access. When access ends or CYVIATION requests it, stop using the Confidential Information and delete permitted copies and reports, except records legally required to be retained, which remain protected.
CYVIATION may seek available legal remedies, including injunctive relief. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separately signed agreement controls any conflicting provision.
